Owner Operator
Chris brings over a decade of real estate experience in the Roaring Fork Valley to his work leading Altitude. He works directly with local owners and businesses, helping them care for their properties and plan around their goals. Raising a small family here has deepened his connection to the area and the people who make it home. He loves the valley and takes pride in supporting the owners and businesses that help it thrive.
Property Operations
Gerard handles the day-to-day management of Altitude's properties, working directly with clients, tenants, and vendors. He keeps communication moving, coordinates maintenance, and follows through on the issues that come up across the properties. Gerard lives in Aspen and spends his free time mountain biking.
Comptroller
Chuck is semi-retired and supports his son with accounting coordination and property and association compliance. He brings a deep background in governance and business to Altitude, helping the team stay organized and attentive to its responsibilities. Chuck enjoys living in Glenwood Springs and putting his experience to work in the family business.
External accounting support
Crystal and her team at Northstar support Altitude’s accounting, working alongside Chris and Chuck. The firm specializes in accounting services for property management companies and associations.
