Questions about multifamily leasing & management.

How is this different from managing an individual rental home?

The work is coordinated across the building. Leasing schedules, simultaneous turnovers, common areas, vendors, and financial reporting need a building-wide view alongside attention to each resident and unit.

Is this the same as HOA management?

No. Multifamily leasing and management serves the owner of a rental building and its residents. Association management serves an association and its board. We keep those client needs distinct.

Can you take over an occupied building?

We review the leases, resident communication, financial records, maintenance backlog, and vendors to prepare a transition. Existing residents and agreements are central to that plan.

How do you handle several vacancies at once?

We coordinate the preparation and leasing schedule across units, keeping repairs, cleaning, photography, tours, and move-in readiness connected.

How will I see how the building is doing?

The proposed reporting combines unit-level rent and expense records with a building-wide view of occupancy, open work, and financial activity. Reporting details are established for the property.

Will residents still contact me directly?

Altitude is the day-to-day management contact for resident questions and service requests. We manage the follow-through and keep ownership informed.
